• Real Estate: Payment terms for property transactions will be as per the contract signed between the buyer/seller and Blanthar.
• Events: Event service fees must be paid in advance, as per the agreement made during the booking process.
• Printing: Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the printing job, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Wellness: Payments for wellness services and products must be made at the time of booking or purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Tourism: Cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
• Finance: Refunds for financial services are not applicable once the service has been delivered.
• Real Estate: Cancellation terms and refunds will be governed by the contract terms.
• Events: Cancellations must be made within the specified period to be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
• Printing: Once the printing process has started, no refunds will be provided.
• Wellness: Cancellations of wellness services must be made within the time frame specified at the time of booking to be eligible for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Blanthar’s services are the property of Blanthar. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Blanthar without prior written permission.
